Superb France enter history books

Goals from Olivier Giroud, Paul Pogba, Dimitri Payet and Antoine Griezmann put the hosts 4-0 up at half-time in Sunday's quarter-final clash, making history in the process.
France blew Iceland away with an impressive first-half performance that sees them 4-0 up at half-time, setting a European Championship record in the process.
No team had ever scored four goals in the first half at the finals of a Euros, with Didier Deschamps' side having now achieved that feat at the Stade de France. The match ended 5-2 with Giroud getting a brace and Iceland getting two consolation goals.
