Man Utd target Paul Pogba tells friends he wants Old Trafford return: Negotiations advance

French outlet L’Equipe claim the Frenchman’s agent, Mino Raiola, met with Red Devils supremo Ed Woodward to discuss the deal in southern France yesterday.

The news will come as a major boost to United manager Jose Mourinho who has made signing Pogba his priority.
The 23-year-old left Old Trafford in 2012 on a free transfer and is now regarded as one of the most talented footballers on the planet.
Pogba is said to be keen on a switch to the Premier League and has let close team-mates and friends know of his intentions.
And the reports claim negotiations for a world-record £100m deal are at an advanced stage.
Woodward and Raiola spent the afternoon together planning their approach to Pogba’s current club Juventus and discussing how much United are willing to pay for the dynamic midfielder.
Pogba starred in France’s 2-0 victory over Germany last night to send the hosts into the final of Euro 2016 against Portugal on Sunday.
